It’s very interesting that my very diverse background in business has brought me to this unbelievable industry. I’m very proud to bring to you the Pet Angel World Services team and to be the one that’s leading the charge in striving to build the brand that families and vets nationwide will turn to for assistance in the death of a pet.

We’ve formed a team that is going to strive to bring to you the many different services that pet lovers and pet care professionals together deserve. Our goal is to not raise the standard of those services that many of you have been used to up to this point – but to truly BE the standard for the industry.

Pet Angel Memorial Center® strategically alternates their marketing efforts between the pet care professional and the Pet Parent, offering value propositions that fulfill both of these unique needs.

Pet Angel brings to the pet care professional a chance for co-branding to link with a pet death care specialist in order to increase its own value proposition of quality care for the families. This value proposition differs for those families who look to the vet clinic to handle the final arrangements for their pet – to those families who desire a higher caliber service and merchandise offerings. Ultimately this benefits the vets in terms of customer retention because each family was handled to their specific needs. The different aspects that a veterinarian needs will span the range from reliability in the services to authentication in the cremation process. Pet Angel will deliver in all areas according to our role as a partner in this aspect.

For the Pet Parent, Pet Angel offers to the family the guidance in planning for, experiencing, and coping with the death of a beloved pet. Pet Angel Memorial Center has specifically set its strategic driving force as being the “Best Total Solution” centering around the consumer’s needs in the pet death-care niche by allowing that family the respect and guidance in treating that pet “just like a member of the family.” For the pet care professionals that turn to Pet Angel, they will see that these families will, in a much quicker fashion, re-adopt and begin the cycle of care again at that vet office. (By the way, Pet parents, typically, will spend much more on pet care than typical pet owners, so retaining these types of consumers is critical to vets! We know that – and, again, want to partner with the pet care professionals to provide these high levels of service.)

My vision is to continue to challenge the Pet Angel team to find those different services and those memorialization items so that we can always maintain our leadership role in serving families and veterinarians. Our eyes will always be open – to the future and to the continued care that’s needed in this very vast space of Pet Death Care Management.
